Throughout Split One we’ve seen SetToDestroyX named as the “Dark Horse” only to hold a lead for eight weeks and take home the highest overall score for Split one. We’ve seen Team SoloMid climb to 2nd place overall after starting out in 12th, but how did each team get to their final placements? During the first and second round of Week 9, an in-game bug was encountered that caused an elimination to be awarded incorrectly. In Round 1, DougIsRaw from SetToDestoryX dies in the toxic gas after taking damage from Shellshock of TSM and severely bleeding. The elimination was wrongly attributed to the toxic gas. We have adjusted this elimination and awarded the point to Shellshock.

H1Z1 Pro League players will vie for a $300K prize pool beginning tomorrow night during the final match of Split 1. Teams will compete for two $75K prize pots during each split with a $150K season finale prize.

Going into Match 9, SetToDestroyX continued to hold their lead at 182 points, followed by Epsilon at 136. Rogue continued to hold the number three spot at 132 points. As we’ve seen Epsilon score relatively low recently, we could see Epsilon fall from the second place position they have held for the majority of Split 1.

As teams entered into the official Week 8 Match, SetToDestroyX continued to hold the lead with 176 points, now 42 points over Epsilon at 134 points. Rogue held the number three spot at only ten points behind Epsilon, well within striking distance to take the second place spot that Epsilon has had for so long.
